surprising gem!
early check-in friendly manager great value
the guest house manager was friendly and they upgraded my room. i got an early check in, so helpful (i arrived earlier than expected). i found it good value for money.
the bathroom door felt slightly flimsy.

Pleasant stay near Heaton Park
updated room efficient check-in friendly staff cheap price
The location was convenient. I walked to Heaton Park in about forty minutes. Check-in was efficient with the friendly staff. The room looked newly renovated. The value was good. It was cheap and cheerful.
The pillows were quite thin and did not offer enough support.

friendly staff updated room great value
i found the check in staff very friendly. our room was recently updated, a nice surprise. the hotel's value for money is definitely a highlight. we got exactly what we expected, cheap and cheerful.
a little more tlc is needed, especially regarding cleanliness, though it wasn't a major issue.

i appreciated the location, it allowed for a pleasant 40 minute walk to heaton park. the hotel is on the main road, so it was easy to find upon arrival. i had no issues navigating the area.
